Registration fees finance the rent of space, poster panels, AV support, furnishings, coffee catering, and buffet lunches. The conference banquet is a separate charge.

Cancellation policy

For cancellation requests made before 30 June 2024, registration and/or banquet fees are eligible for a full refund, minus transaction fees. Housing fees, however, cannot be refunded after 12 June 2024.

No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 July 2024 or in the case of not participating.
